Description

This shrub cocktail kit contains:
1- 8 oz bottle of Blueberry Shrub
1- 8 oz bottle of Butterfly Pea Syrup
1- bag of dehydrated lemons (16 ct)
This recipe makes a really fun martini. The syrup, made with butterfly pea flowers and lavender flowers. The syrup is bright blue but when mixed with an acid (shrub or citrus) the cocktail color will change from blue to lavender and then to pink- depending on the amount of acid added. Science or sorcery… it will depend on your audience.
